I have tried rotoscoping in all these applications , and according to me even though it has quiet a learning curve but nuke is the best , tracking in nuke is nearly 10 times faster then any of these applications, mocha and monet are good but rendering and processing time kills it. Nuke is little complex but way to fast then any of the three. thats my personal opinion try it.
