“‘Cambria’ is a soundtrack to a short film I imagined. Throughout the process, I had Steinbeckian motifs, western landscapes, dust, and two lane highways in mind. Much of the inspiration also came from Wim Wenders’ “Paris, Texas” and Daniel Lanois’s steel slide technique – which I tried to reverse engineer on the modular synthesizer for many of the lead sounds.” describes Micah Frank his latest release.
Available as a Digital Album or Cassette on bandcamp. There is very limited cassette run available for pre-order that will begin shipping the first week of February. All cassette purchases include the digital version as well.
